Wake Forest Farmers Market: Tomato Fest
Saturday, July 24; 8 am – noon
Downtown parking lot, 110 S. White St.
Continuation of the month-long Tomato Fest with music provided by Brittany George. The market offers fresh and locally grown produce, pasture raised beef, lamb, poultry and pork, free range eggs (both chicken and duck). Honey, baked goods, jams and preserves, fresh and dried herbs, handmade soaps, fresh cut flowers, art and crafts. www.wakeforestfarmersmarket.org 


Slam Jam 3 on 3 Community Youth Basketball Tournament
Saturday, July 24; 11 am – 4 pm; arrive by 10 am for sign-up
DuBois Center, 518 N. Franklin St.

This is a free tournament. Age brackets are 7-9, 10-12, 13-15 and 16-18. Prizes will be given to winners in each age category. Free food and activities for children and adults! Vacation Bible School: Saddle Ridge Ranch
Sunday, July 25 thru Friday, July 30; 6:30 – 8:30 pm
Wakefield Baptist Church, 13029 Falls of Neuse Rd.

Saddle up for Saddle Ridge Ranch at Wakefield Baptist Church where kids can ask questions and discover the answers found in God’s Word. During their day at the ranch, kids will visit Worship Rally Valley, the Bible Study Bunkhouse, and more!
